1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyGut.io (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is (right now)

MyGut.io is building a product to help people track food, symptoms, and bowel movements. The current Site is primarily a marketing page that lets you join a waitlist for early access and updates.

3. Not medical advice

MyGut.io is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health.

4. Waitlist signups and communications

If you join the waitlist, you agree we may contact you at the email address you provide about early access, product updates, and launch announcements. You can opt out at any time by using an unsubscribe link (if provided) or by contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you will not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by sending malware or automated abuse)
  • use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • scrape or harvest information from the Site in a way that is harmful or abusive

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to MyGut.io and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Third‑party links

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGut.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyGut.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyGut.io from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the effective date above. By continuing to use the Site after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MyGut.io is based, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
